It only took a couple of weeks from starting the work to releasing the MVP in the form of a LiveChat plugin that served as an Agent App extension.
What followed was a domain purchase, beta test sign-ups, and a quick product launch to validate the product-market fit. Over the following months, the team transformed the LiveChat add-on into the standalone product that we know today.
We started selling KnowledgeBase as soon as it came out of public beta. After its initial success, the product kept growing organically without much additional development.
