What was the problem that you wanted to solve with your business idea?

We’ve been in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years and successfully pivoted from building end-user products to API-first streaming services. Conscious of the limitations of the voice and video streaming industry, we don’t take customers or any additional aids for granted.

This helps us build a more human internet by bringing video communication experiences closer to their real-life counterparts. We want online businesses to grow with this new channel and offer an incredible experience for their online customers.

What were the biggest challenges, and how did they influence your decision to work with Text?

We reached out to Text in March 2020 and showed what we previously built for our other partners. Seeing there was an opportunity to do it better for Text, we showed them voice and video calls inside LiveChat product three months later. These video calls create the smoothest experience for agents and customers and are completely embedded in the conversational flow of the LiveChat app.

All of the above is possible thanks to the documentation and application programming interface (API) that LiveChat shares with us, bringing projects like this to life.

What have been the results of working with Text so far?

The relationship between our teams has definitely been a highlight so far. Thanks to this relationship, we’ve gotten more than 100 paid customers so far and closed a $200,000 deal with Text’s help.

The trust between our dev, product, sales, and marketing teams has driven us to build new products merging text and video. We also understand that to stay relevant, we need to push our technology for more use cases like conference calls, huddle-like experiences, and live streaming of one-to-many.
